Returns

Online purchases can be returned (money refund) within a 14-day window after receiving the product. To initiate a return, please contact us via e-mail or Instagram. Note that shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Products bought or picked-up in the shop can not be returned. So please make sure you really like the piece. :)

In the following two cases, you will receive store credit instead of a cash refund: 

- If you use a discount code for your online order.
- If you fail to collect your order within two weeks of purchase.  

 

Vintage Condition

HONEST SECOND HAND only sells pre-loved clothes, this means the items could have minor flaws due to their previous lifes. Let's embrace these flaws and unique stories.

Every piece in this webshop has been hand-selected and checked by us before listing online. However, some small flaws might be overseen by us. We are really sorry if this happens, but if so please reach out to us via E-Mail or Instagram Direct Message.

 

Sizing reference

The models on the website are 176cm and 173cm tall and wear S.

 

Where are the products from?

Most clothing pieces are hand-picked at different sources around Europe.

 

Are we buying clothing from individuals?

At the moment, we don't buy from private people.

 

Payment

At the checkout you can choose between different payment methods, HONEST SECOND HAND offers PayPal, all common credit cards + Apple Pay.

 

Express Checkout

Create an account & save your personal details for a speedy checkout. Baskets are not saved so being fast is key to get your favorite item.

 

Shipping

Shipping in Austria usually takes 3-5 business days and for the rest of Europe it can take up to 8-15 days.

HONEST SECOND HAND ships the articles in paper bags or reuses boxes for bigger items. :)
